Better Understanding Of Wines
A FIRST STEP
The NEW HORIZON documentary is a first step in understanding the impact on wine and our body sensors in deep sea. This first experiment in a submersible will open new ideas for the future of luxury tourism underwater, as dining and wine will undoubtedly be a large part of the customer experience, just like it was for the airlines at the beginning of air travel.
Production
BEHIND THE CAMERA
The documentary is a Diamond Class Experience (Hong Kong) Production, directed by French actor and filmmaker Philippe Joly, who assembled his crew in two units, one Hong Kong unit that filmed the preparation, the interviews, and the wine tasting training, and one Curaçao unit that filmed from the landing on the island to the footage inside of the submersible at 300 meters deep underwater.
